Your profile summary is a structured UTF result created by Empower.U. It helps you keep your stable COM pattern and current SOM season clear for reflection, planning, and follow-up questions.
2) Not professional advice
Your profile summary is for education, self-reflection, planning, and personal clarity. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
3) Using your profile summary outside Empower.U
- Only share your profile summary where you are comfortable with that provider's privacy terms.
- Do not add private, sensitive, confidential, or identifying information unless you intentionally want to share it.
- You are responsible for how you use any interpretation, response, or advice you receive outside Empower.U. Treat outside responses as reflection and support, not final authority.
4) Personal-use license
You may copy and use your own profile summary for personal reflection, journaling, planning, coaching conversations, or self-understanding.
5) Empower.U intellectual property
The UTF framework, COM/SOM structure, scoring logic, type language, profile format, wording, assessment design, and related materials are proprietary to Empower.U.
- Do not sell, publish, license, redistribute, repackage, or present UTF materials as your own product or system.
- Do not use UTF outputs, assessment text, scoring patterns, or profile summaries to build, train, clone, reverse engineer, or improve a competing assessment, dataset, or commercial product.
- Do not scrape, automate, mass-generate, or extract UTF profile summaries or assessment content without written permission from Empower.U.
- Do not remove Empower.U/UTF attribution when sharing your profile summary outside private personal use.
6) Your responsibility
Your profile can be useful, but it is not absolute truth. Use your judgment, verify important decisions, and seek qualified support when a situation involves health, safety, legal, financial, or serious life consequences.
