2) Not therapy or diagnosis
This assessment is not medical or mental-health treatment, not therapy, and not a diagnostic tool. It does not provide clinical advice.
3) Data usage and storage
Empower.U processes assessment responses to generate results and improve system accuracy.
Responses may be stored locally on your device or securely on Empower.U systems for analytics, continuity, and feature improvement.
Empower.U does not collect personal information by default. Any collection of personal data will only occur with clear user authorization and consent.
4) No copying or redistribution
The assessment questions, structure, scoring design, and presentation are proprietary to Empower.U.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not use the tool in ways that violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate extraction of the assessment content.
6) Automated access
This assessment is intended for human participants only. The use of bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or any other automated software to access, complete, or submit data to this assessment is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Empower.U.
By checking the agreement box, you certify that you are a human being completing this assessment personally, and that you will not use any automated means to interact with it. Any detected use of automated systems will render the submission void.
7) User responsibility
Your assessment result is self-reflection information for personal insight and consideration only. You are responsible for how you interpret, apply, or act on the result.
