How to answer
Each question has three statements. Pick the one that best matches your last few months, even if more than one feels partly true.
- Choose the best fit, even if the other two feel partly true.
- Answer based on what you have actually been doing or feeling in real life, not what sounds ideal or what you aspire to.
- If you are unsure, pick the one that has shown up most often.
Forced choice is intentional. It reduces overthinking and makes the signal cleaner.
