Unified Typing
Framework

UTF separates two things most systems blur together: your stable cognitive structure, and your current seasonal state. Not who you should be. Not a flattering label. A clearer read on how you naturally operate, and what is shaping you right now.

The Architecture

COM: Cognitive Operating Mode

Your deeper cognitive structure. COM measures the stable patterns underneath how you think, decide, prioritize, and process reality. It is the base layer of the system, not a temporary state.

21 types across 9 dimensions + the E axis

SOM: Seasonal Operating Mode

Your current seasonal state. SOM measures where your system is right now: available capacity, directional pull, and what kind of season you are operating inside. It modifies expression. It does not replace COM.

9 modes across a 3×3 grid

Together, COM + SOM = your UTF profile. COM tells you what kind of mind is doing the perceiving and deciding. SOM tells you what condition that mind is operating in right now. Example: a Composer in a Driver season is still a Composer, but the current season makes output more available than usual. That is the difference between structure and state, and it is where UTF becomes useful.

Choose a COM type, a SOM mode, or both. These are standalone descriptions of each pattern. Your actual read depends on your full profile and how both layers interact.
